Please read the guidelines below carefully. Only after you have understood them fully should you proceed to fill and submit the Application Form.

GUIDELINES

1. The Teacher Application Form is free of cost and available online only. Hard copies will not be accepted.

2. Fields marked with a red * (star) are mandatory. Mention “NA” if not applicable.

3. Provide only the information requested; do not include more or less than asked.

4. Ensure that the email ID and mobile phone number you enter are correct, as these will be important modes of communication during the recruitment process.

5. Incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate information may lead to rejection of your candidature at any stage of the recruitment process. Please ensure correctness and accuracy.

6. Once submitted, no changes can be made to the Form.

7. Filling multiple Application Forms is not acceptable. Only the first submitted Form will be considered.

8. The following documents should be ready before starting the application process:

o PAN Card

o Aadhaar Card (not mandatory)

o Certificates, degrees, and mark sheets

o Scanned copy of your resume, including a photograph, in PDF or MS-Word format (size limit 1 MB). Do not upload photographs (JPEG) of your resume.

o Soft copy of a coloured passport-size photograph focusing on the face, above the neck, in JPG or PNG format (size limit 500 KB)

o Scanned signature in passport size in JPG or PNG format (size limit 200 KB)

9. The resume filename should include your name and the date of submission. For example, if your name is Surbhi and you are submitting on 11-11-20, the filename should be “Surbhi111120”.

10. Retain the Application Form Number provided after submission.

11. All queries should be sent to careers@dpsludhiana.com with your Application Form Number in the subject line.

12. If shortlisted, you will be contacted by the first week of December via email, once all Application Forms have been scrutinized. The email will include a process snapshot explaining the complete procedure.
