• Birth certificate as proof of age from a civic authority.

 

• Aadhaar Card of the student.

 

• Educational qualification documents (Degree/Diploma/Certificates of parents).

 

• Proof of residence (Voter ID/Ration Card/Passport).

 

• Three passport-size photographs of the child, mother, and father.

• The academic year begins in March and ends in February.

 

• Advance registration is not permitted until three months prior to the prospective year of admission.

 

• Admission to Nursery classes is granted at a minimum age of 3 years, and Pre-Nursery at a minimum age of 2.5 years. Admission will be granted only upon submission of the application along with the birth certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation or hospital record.

 

• Students seeking admission to classes other than Nursery must provide the school certificate from the last school attended.

 

• Admission is subject to a written and oral test to assess the student’s capacity. Assignment to a particular section of a class is entirely at the discretion of the school authorities.

 

• Parents/guardians are required to fill out the admission form with complete accuracy. No changes will be permitted afterward for any reason.

 

• No student will be admitted without a prior test and interview.

• A one-month written notice is required to withdraw a child from the school.

 

• Fees for the full calendar month in which withdrawal is requested must be paid.
