FOUNDATIONAL SCHOOL
This extremely well-equipped nursery provides a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can grow and learn through creative activities. The nursery at GIPS Bhadaur has, in a very short time, gained an excellent reputation for its progressive and inspirational methods of education for children aged 2.5 to 5 years.
The nursery at GIPS Bhadaur is vibrant, spacious, well-lit, and impeccably clean. Using the latest resources, the school follows the play-way method, which emphasizes self-motivated, hands-on learning using scientifically designed materials.
With qualified teachers in every class up to 2 years, the nursery maintains a maximum of 33 students per class. Gobind International Public School aims to provide outstanding, affordable education for children through creative play and learning experiences in a happy and relaxed atmosphere. In classes 1 and 2, we build on the basic skills and knowledge that pupils have acquired in kindergarten. At GIPS Bhadaur, children are encouraged to learn about different cultures in depth by celebrating global days, tasting new foods, and sharing traditions from around the world.
Children are excited about learning, and the school provides an excellent, positive, and safe firsthand educational experience through inspirational activities.
PREPARATORY SCHOOL
In classes 3 to 5, we build on basic skills and knowledge, believing that students learn more effectively when they have a positive approach to school and learning. For this reason, it is important to foster a nurturing partnership between parents, teachers, and students. These years are a time to build on the strengths, interests, and experiences of students while providing a foundation for working both individually and collaboratively. Our pupils are given the building blocks of literacy and numeracy.
Alongside this, information and communication technology skills are taught to balance an inquiring mind with the capacity for rational thinking. We promote healthy living, ethics, and a caring, supportive nature, and the school’s role is to prepare our students for a global world. This lays the foundation for their learning and growth, preparing them for the next stages of their education. Our children are our most valuable gift, and the philosophy of the school supports them as the precious individuals they are.
At this key stage, students continue to grow through the teaching of more complex academic concepts, ultimately preparing them for middle school. These years are a period of rapid progress, with greater attention focused on English and Mathematics, as these subjects form the foundation for understanding all others. Subjects are taught in ways that build and sustain enthusiasm, encouraging active participation. Students develop a sense of their place in the world, learn about history, experience diverse cultures, and refine their moral compass, as GIPS Bhadaur emphasizes ongoing ethical and personal growth for every pupil.
MIDDLE SCHOOL
The Middle School years, classes 6 to 8, are critical for students as they adapt from primary to secondary styles of instruction, which support independent learning and place greater emphasis on inquiry and evaluating information for relevance. Our subject teachers are experts in facilitating this transition and in employing the varied teaching methods required at this stage.
Students in these years study core subjects including English, Mathematics, Science, Art, and Sports—these form the foundation for the 10th and 12th examinations in Upper School. At this age, students begin to experience the ethos and vision of the school and understand their role in upholding it. They are given greater responsibility, which comes with accountability, and begin to see themselves as role models for younger students while participating more in the daily life of primary pupils.
We fully meet the aims of the CISCE, New Delhi, curriculum requirements for this age group, focusing on helping our students become successful, responsible, and confident young people. Everything our teachers do is designed to ensure students’ continued growth academically, physically, and socially.
HIGH SCHOOL
High School is a critical period for preparing students for their next steps. By this age, our pupils are becoming leaders within the school, taking on the responsibilities of young adults. They participate in community projects and are encouraged to engage in a wide range of activities—academic, sporting, and personal—while remaining focused on their goals. Classes 9 to 12 consist of compulsory core subjects for all students, along with a selection of optional subjects.
During these years, students develop as mentors, role models, and peer supporters for younger children in the school. Throughout their time at GIPS Bhadaur, we guide them to lay the foundation for becoming adults who are confident in articulating their views and assuming the responsibilities of global citizens. In the final years, classes 11 and 12, students prepare for examinations while their maturity empowers them to think independently and critically. At this stage, we emphasize strengthening the critical-thinking skills that GIPS Bhadaur has nurtured over the preceding years.
By the time they graduate, students at GIPS Bhadaur have reached a point where they fully demonstrate their potential. Expectations are high, and they are encouraged to make positive contributions as leaders within the school. Our senior students serve as inspiring role models for those around them. They develop into global citizens who are a credit to themselves, their families, and the school.
These years are both challenging and memorable for our staff, especially for those who have watched students grow into the remarkable young men and women they become. It is a bittersweet time as we say goodbye to our graduates and celebrate their new status as alumni of GIPS Bhadaur. At this stage, we prepare students for the ICSE (Indian Certificate of Secondary Education) and ISC (Indian School Certificate) examinations.
